The Mark Athens Parking Structure
Innovative Engineering Inc. was retained by Landmark Properties to perform a condition assessment of precast component differential movement in two parking structures at The Mark Athens with a total of 1182 spaces. The project also included a walk-through and cursory observation of the balance of the parking structures to help identify obvious deficiencies and to provide an indication of the overall condition of the structures. The Mark Athens is an offsite student housing development located at the University of Georgia.
