Innovative Engineering Inc. is cut from a different cloth. We treat our staff as the highly respected professionals they are. Beginning with the work environment, all of our engineers have Class A private offices and a flexible work atmosphere. Most of our staff lives within a short commute and we have a shower for those who wish to walk, run, or ride their bike to work. Additionally, the city of Woodstock, Georgia was recently named the 17th best place to live in America by in 2020.

While most firms pay a 40 hour per week salary and expect 50 or more hours of work, our professional staff is paid for every hour that they work. In addition, based on our project management abilities, we can limit overtime to preserve your quality of life outside of work. Our dedication to continuing education results in our engineers far exceeding the minimum number of Professional Development Hours (PDH's) required to maintain your license. In fact, we spend 4 x the national average on training according to national surveys of engineering firms. If you enjoy learning new skills, you will fit right in.

We frequently offer lunch and learns and routinely send our staff to more extensive training including out-of-town seminars lasting up to a week. In addition to three weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year to start, we offer up to 24 hours corporate culture time for approved charitable endeavors. Innovative Engineering Inc. is considered a medium size firm. Our operation is transparent, nimble and willing to work outside the box. As result, the recent recession had little impact on our operation and staff. In fact we were borrowing personnel from larger firms.

We are privately owned and don't have a board of directors to answer to which means we can run the firm for the benefit of all. There are not many firms that can say this. This being said, we are very selective when adding staff which has lead to a very cohesive and supportive team of professionals.

If you can picture yourself as part of the future leadership of this growing firm and would like to be a part of our team of professionals, please see the opportunities and instructions to the left.
