Technical peer review of specifications, and
calculations for a 256,000sf, 3-story, steel
frame superstructure supported by drilled pier
foundations in highly expansive soils. Project
included a braced frame lateral system and
Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) blast
design including progressive collapse and
glazing design. The project was designed to
achieve LEED Silver rating.

Technical peer review of construction documents
including plans, specifications, and
calculations for a 222,000sf, 4-story
cast-in-place concrete superstructure and
partial steel frame on spread foundations.
Project included Moment Frame and Shearwall
lateral system.

Training Facility PH III
Fayetteville, North Carolina
Four 1-story (12,025sf each), Ready State
buildings for the 1st Special Warfare Training
Group. They consist of load bearing block with
brick veneer and the roof is structural standing
seam on metal deck on light gauge roof trusses.
This $7.3M project has a LEED Silver rating and
is designed to meet DOD AT/FP requirements for a
Primary Gathering Structure.
